NO ground fires in any park.
You can currently use closeable grills, but if the drought continues, all outdoor fires and cooking will be banned in the parks.
EAGLES AT CANYON LAKE!!!
Fans were excited to see the Eagles visiting Canyon Lake.
NO not the sports team!
Bald Eagles were spotted this year around the lake.
Keep your eyes open for special guest appearences all year by many diverse animal species.

New Hours for NORTH PARK
Due to circumstances beyound our control, the park operating days/hours this season had to be trimmed back.
The new hours are as follows.

Park Reservations
You can make reservations at Potters Creek or Cranes Mill Parks through Recreation.gov
If you are planning to visit this year, we advise making reservations in advance.
Sites fill up early so don't wait. Holidays are filling up quickly this year.
