  • ROCKY CREEK PARK UPDATE: Rocky Creek Park is available for reservations.

The following sites are available for reservations:

44-51, 56-59, 62-75, 78-95, 99-105, 109-124, 127-129

**Campsites have been re-numbered starting from the front of the park and working towards the back.**

Loop 44-51 (old 196-203)

Loop 52-91 (old 1-40)

Loop 96-129 (old 41-74).

Reservations may be made on-line at www.recreation.gov or by telephone at 1-877-444-6777.

  • YEGUA CREEK PARK UPDATE: Yegua Creek Park is CLOSED for construction. Park improvements will include replacement of two(2) restrooms, installation of 50-amp electrical service at all campsites, new water well and treatment plant, improved sewage treatment facility, replacement of gatehouse and resurfacing of most roadways. Original contract required modification and park opening will be delayed.  Actual park opening date is not available.  Updates will be provided as information is available.
  • Invasive Species Alert: Argentine Ant -- Argentine Ants are currently in Rocky Creek Park. Click on the first link to learn more about this invasive species and the second link to learn about other invasive species that are located at Somerville Lake, as well as those that could be transported to the Lake.
  • Boat Ramp Update: All boat ramps are closed except:
    • Birch Creek State Park (boats less than 16ft)
    • Lake Somerville Marina (boats less than 16ft)
    • Rocky Creek Park
